We couldn't be happier with our experience with Sylvan Lake RV. We recently consigned our 2023 Entegra Cornerstone with them, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. Owner Doug Thompson, General Manager Dave Lemasurier, Salesman Mike, Keaton and Pat and Barbara in Finance/Accounting were all fantastic to deal with. Everyone was professional, honest, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure the transaction was a success for everyone involved. They did it a great job marketing and selling our coach, and most importantly they found the right buyers that appreciated the condition and value of our coach. That's exactly what you want from a dealership handling a high-value consignment. We would highly recommend Sylvan Lake RV to anyone buying, selling or consigning a Motorcoach.

Me and my girlfriend just bought an 2023 Grand Imagine. Being first time RV'ers we came into this limited knowledge and zero experience.  Actually saw another RV that was a 2017 and the price was grossly overrated!! Which lead to ask Chat GPT to price compare similar travel trailers in Alberta. Gave me a link to Sylvan Lake RV and I cant express enough how grateful we are for coming to see these fine folks!! Right from the time we walked in everything just felt more positive and friendly! Kenton was our sale rep and what a good guy!!! Hooked up with everything the previous owner had included with the travel trailer! A sick stabilizer and he even threw in a starter kit! These guys literally went above and beyond to set us up for success!! Amazing customer service!  I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone buying or selling an an RV.

We had a very good experience purchasing our used motorhome at Sylvan Lake RV.  The unit was in great condition and our salesman, Keaton, was very good to deal with.  He answered all our questions and was patient throughout the process.  We never felt pressured at all and communication and followup has also been good throughout.  As well, we brought our unit back to have a couple minor issues repaired (our fault) and we found their charges very reasonable. We came in with a Rush Job at almost quitting time for these guys! No brake lights and no trailer lights at all! They trouble shot the problem
