We are satisfied with the service at Sylvan Lake RV. The unit we purchased was very clean upon delivery. We did however encounter a few issues we had to have fixed after taking our motorhome home and again after taking it out on our first trip. Luckily the service manager was good to us. He is the person that insured our repairs were dealt with and we’d like to give him a HUGE THANKS. If it weren’t for him we’re not sure how things would have ended up! Thanks Josh! You were awesome!
We have nothing but great things to say about Sylvan Lake RV! We bought our Tiffen Allegro 42QRP sight unseen aside from photos on the website and those sent to us, however by the time we signed on the dotted line we felt very confident that we had made a great purchase. Dexter our salesperson/guru walked us through everything, from the moment he gave us our first look at the rig, in the showroom, down the red carpet with the coach in all its glory to the many, and I do mean many phone calls back and forth, always patiently explaining everything we needed to know with complete professionalism and courtesy… There were no surprises and when we drove our bus off the lot we felt we had made a great choice.

I recently sold our well-loved toy hauler to Sylvan Lake RV. Originally the plan was to have them send someone to pick it up from us, as we live about 2 hours away and time is money to us. They didn’t have a driver available, so they offered me additional money to drive it to them. I was skeptical of this as I had heard stories of dealerships doing this and then renegotiating on the agreed price. I took the chance and drove it down to them anyways. As it turns out they were as honest as I was with them! No BS. The deal stood as it was discussed over the phone. 10/10 highly recommend.
My wife and I had a great experience at Sylvan Lake RV, from picking out our new trailer to the final walk-through with Mike, making sure we were happy with everything we picked out. A very knowledgable and helpful team. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used RV.
We bought a Thor Hurricane Class A Motorhome in March 2022 and brought it home and put it in storage until warmer weather arrived. We have had issues with the hot water, as in no hot water. I called and spoke to Dexter and we ended up on FaceTime and he solved our hot water issue!! I can’t tell you how grateful I am for his patience with first-time motorhome people. Absolutely Outstanding Service! I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I can’t say or add anything else! The guys are awesome!!! I bought the vehicle a while ago and still call them sometimes to ask questions:) well, because I never owned an RV before:) and they are always happy to hear from me.
SLRV stands behind what they sell. We bought a used unit from them. Although it had been fully inspected and all issues repaired prior to our possession few more things came to light following. Keep in mind we did not purchase any warranty with this unit. Regardless of that Ashley in the service department listened to our concerns and simply said “what can we do to make it right”. Top shelf service and customer care from SLRV- I highly recommend buying a used vacation-certified unit from them.
It’s not often that I come across exceptional customer service after a company gets your money. They all shine before but usually drop the ball after. Both the sales and service departments seem to care about the company’s reputation. Congrats to the owner and MNGMNT for creating and maintaining an attitude in all staff that is on-point in our current business environment. People talk and influence others. Sylvan Lake RV is a great place. They looked after me and my unit. I highly recommend them.

My wife Karen and I decided to purchase a used diesel coach to explore the country. We browsed the Sylvan RV website and saw a couple of used coaches we were interested in and visited their dealership. We were immediately welcomed by Cal the salesman and looked at a few coaches. We decided to buy the 2008 Newmar Mountain Aire. The coach was in great shape for its age. The sales experience was great and they delivered the coach on time and it was very clean.

Cal was easy to deal with and not a pushy salesman. Eric was very knowledgeable about the unit we purchased and was more than willing to answer my questions.
Purchased a 2020 Newmar Dutch star and traded in my 2017 forest river. Jim is an excellent salesperson and very helpful in the transaction. Had a few issues with the coach not being registered in Alberta causing a delay in the transfer. Also, the tire pressure monitoring system was not working and should have been re-set by Freightliner prior to the sale. Other than that I’m very happy with the purchase. Thanks to everyone at sylvan Rv.
