Hats off to Sylvan Lake RV. My wife and I had been searching for a certain type of travel trailer for quite a while and found what we were looking for at Sylvan Lake RV. We spoke with our salesperson Greg on the phone, then made arrangements to come and view the unit. Before we arrived, they moved the unit into a shop and had all the slides open and the power on. Long story short, we purchased the unit. On pickup day they had moved the unit into the heated showroom. They went through the unit with us top to bottom, showing features etc. Once we brought the unit home they followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was ok. They took really good care of me in terms of fast email replies and fixing the issues I was pointing out. They picked me up at the airport. They added a lot of useful small items like towels and sewer hoses. Those were a nice touch since I was planning on driving the RV 4,000 KM home. The camper itself was very clean. Camilla really took the time to show me the RV and let me drive it until I was fully satisfied. All in all, a very good buying experience.
