I must comment on the professional level of sales and service I experienced at Sylvan Lake RV. Greg, our sales rep, was most cooperative in answering our questions and providing a professional level of service. Adam, the service tech, was very patient with my wife and me during the orientation period before delivery. He spent the time needed to familiarise us with the operation of the trailer. They were very accommodating with delivery schedules for both me and the public carrier I hired to deliver the trailer out of Province. Greg even offered to come down to the shop to open the gates after hours when it looked like the carrier would be late. Greg really made the whole experience a lot less stressful than imagined. I cannot say enough about Sylvan Lake RV’s professional approach to doing business. I highly recommend talking to Greg and his colleagues if you are in the market for an RV.

Hats off to Sylvan Lake RV. My wife and I had been searching for a certain type of travel trailer for quite a while and found what we were looking for at Sylvan Lake RV. We spoke with our salesperson Greg on the phone, then made arrangements to come and view the unit. Before we arrived, they moved the unit into a shop and had all the slides open and the power on. Long story short, we purchased the unit. On pickup day they had moved the unit into the heated showroom. They went through the unit with us top to bottom, showing features etc. Once we brought the unit home they followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was ok. It is nice to see that this level of service still exists. I would not hesitate to use Sylvan Lake RV again in the future. Special thanks to Greg for all his help.

After all the stories you read on the net about RV sales, I have to say I was very please with the service I received at Sylvan Lake RV. They took really good care of me in terms of fast email replies and fixing the issues I was pointing out. They picked me up at the airport. They added a lot of useful small items like towels and sewer hoses. Those were a nice touch since I was planning on driving the RV 4,000 KM home. The camper itself was very clean. Camilla really took the time to show me the RV and let me drive it until I was fully satisfied. All in all, a very good buying experience.
