We did however encounter a few issues we had to have fixed after taking our motorhome home and again after taking it out on our first trip. Luckily the service manager was good to us. SLRV stands behind what they sell. We bought a used unit from them. Although it had been fully inspected and all issues repaired prior to our possession few more things came to light following. Keep in mind we did not purchase any warranty with this unit. Regardless of that Ashley in the service department listened to our concerns and simply said “what can we do to make it right”. Top shelf service and customer care from SLRV- I highly recommend buying a used vacation-certified unit from them.

Had a few issues with the coach not being registered in Alberta causing a delay in the transfer.
