I recently sold our well-loved toy hauler to Sylvan Lake RV. Originally the plan was to have them send someone to pick it up from us, as we live about 2 hours away and time is money to us. They didn’t have a driver available, so they offered me additional money to drive it to them. I was skeptical of this as I had heard stories of dealerships doing this and then renegotiating on the agreed price. I took the chance and drove it down to them anyways. We are satisfied with the service at Sylvan Lake RV. The unit we purchased was very clean upon delivery. We did however encounter a few issues we had to have fixed after taking our motorhome home and again after taking it out on our first trip. Luckily the service manager was good to us. SLRV stands behind what they sell. We bought a used unit from them. Although it had been fully inspected and all issues repaired prior to our possession few more things came to light following. Keep in mind we did not purchase any warranty with this unit. Regardless of that Ashley in the service department listened to our concerns and simply said “what can we do to make it right”. Top shelf service and customer care from SLRV- I highly recommend buying a used vacation-certified unit from them.
